This featured project at 37 Griffiths Street Sans Souci NSW 2219 showcases a complete
residential transformation from a traditional single-storey brick dwelling to a striking contemporary two-storey architectural home.

The redevelopment involved extensive structural works, a full second-storey addition, modern façade redesign, open-plan living integration, premium kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and seamless indoor–outdoor entertaining spaces.

A dated single-storey brick home with a traditional layout, ageing finishes, and limited natural light. The façade and overall structure reflected an older design style with minimal street presence.

After

Transformed into a striking contemporary dual-storey residence featuring clean architectural lines, expansive glass windows, and modern finishes.

The original living space featured exposed brick walls, dark tiled flooring, heavy timber cabinetry, and older finishes.

The space has been completely reimagined into a modern, light-filled living area with clean white walls, recessed lighting, contemporary finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

The space felt enclosed and dated, with darker tones and older finishes limiting brightness and modern flow.

After - Kitchen

The dining area has been completely reimagined into a sleek, Contemporary entertaining space. Clean white walls, recessed lighting, floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains and minimalist styling create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.
